Audrey Slorance

Audrey has a BA (Hons) Degree in printed textile design. As a self-employed designer her artwork has sold to studios in the UK, Europe and the USA.

However, as her first love is to paint, she now concentrates on developing her paintings. They are informed by her personal experience of walking in the landscape, and her main inspiration is the Scottish countryside and architecture, where she looks for a strong contrast between light and shade. She interprets the constantly changing colours and moods of the seasons and weather in bright hues in acrylic.

Audrey’s work has been exhibited at various Scottish art galleries and art shows, and she also takes part annually in Perthshire Open Studios. Her paintings are in many private collections in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia.
