Jennifer was born in 1962 and brought up in Lockerbie in Dumfriesshire. She has had a love of art for as long as she can remember.
Living beside the Tay Estuary provides an abundance of inspiration for her paintings. The ever-changing Tay, the wild flower meadows, the fertile fields and the wealth of wildlife surrounding this area are subjects she never tires of painting. Her paintings are impressionistic in style and she works quickly and spontaneously using a limited palette with no more than 4 colours with each completed piece. Texture and colour are key with all her paintings. She exhibits in a number of galleries in the East of Scotland. Her paintings are in many private collections throughout the world and have been purchased for display in public buildings.
