Judith Muir

Using mixed media, Fife-based Judith incorporates textile techniques such as batik and free machine embroidery to weld together interesting fabrics, threads, handmade paper and found objects to produce unique jewel-like pieces with strong visual appeal.

Judith has a degree in education specialising in art and design and having now retired from teaching is enjoying the process of creating these rich pieces of applied art.
