'Sundance'

Sundance is an exhibition inspired by the landscapes of Highland Perthshire. All of the paintings relate to the sun and its light, especially during the ‘golden hours’ around sunrise and sunset.

Born and brought up in Perth, Scotland, Yvonne Hair graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in 1991 with a BA(hons) in Fine Art (Drawing and Painting). Her work is inspired by the Scottish landscape; its lonely beauty and ingrained history. She paints mainly large oils on canvas and also enjoys using pastels for smaller works.
